• The Emaar Reem communities of Mira and Mira Oasis resale values have risen steadily over last 4 years
• A typical buyer profile in Reem would be investors looking to renovate and flip, end users which is becoming more common due to the school, and buyers looking to make a steady appreciation and good rental yield. Recently end users have become the dominant force

Reem Mira has a special place in my heart. From driving down this way in 2013 when nothing was here apart from the hoardings saying coming soon to actually moving here in 2016. Saying this I have watched the community grow, mature, and become a very good community compared to other similar communities. Having sold several units to mainly end users, I am convinced Reem is a good option for investment.
Compared to nearby Mudon and Town Square, Reem Mira offers larger plot sizes and stronger family-oriented amenities, often at slightly lower entry prices.
